Prayer for Healing and Recovery

Prayer for Healing and Recovery–Health challenge is
something either we or someone we know often battle with at
one time or another. But it is God’s will that we are healthy,
hence, it is written:
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and
be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 1:2).
Healing is the recovery or restoration of a sick body, mind or
situation into its original status. And this is already a major
part of the Lord’s redemptive plan for man.
“For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy
wounds, saith the LORD…” (Jeremiah 30:17)
“Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them,
and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth”
(Jeremiah 33:6).
When the Lord Jesus Christ went to Calvary, His blood was
shed for the forgiveness of our sins, and His body was broken
(wounded in several sensitive places) for our healing.
“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised
for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon
Him; and with His stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).
Whatever your area of illness is, be it mental, business,
physical, spiritual, academic, social, emotional, or otherwise,
Christ provided for your healing. It was a detailed redemption.
And He will not ignore your prayer for Healing today.

PRAYER FOR HEALING AND RECOVERY

Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for loving me so much to
undergo such humiliating suffering for my sake. Please, help

me now. Let the healing virtue in every stripe that You
sustained secure healing for my body, soul and spirit.
Father, by Your abundant mercy, touch every sickness in my
life, home, and career in Jesus name. Let them be healed in
Jesus name.
“Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall
be saved: for Thou art my praise” (Jeremiah 17:14).
I pray also for all my friends, family and loved ones today.
Heal all their diseases in Jesus name.
