Prayer for Strength During Difficult Times: Difficult times are seasons of trials in our lives. It is a default part of life that trying times will come but the Lord is faithful to guide us and see us through.

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.” Psalm 46:1-3 [/su_note]

Praying in Difficult Times: Difficult times are meant to draw us closer to God, not to drag us away from Him. The enemy seizes the opportunity of the vulnerability of such times to drag many into pacts with him that eventually take them to Hell. This is not the purpose why God permitted them.

We must let our times of trials allow us see more reasons why we need God. We are never meant to become anything without Him. So, the times of difficulties are simply tools to let us understand this fact in a practical sense.

Prayer for Strength During Difficult Times

Thanksgiving: Father, I thank you because your word say in everything give thanks and I  thank you that tough times never last. Thank you because you have helped me scale through a lot of difficult times in the past and you will also help me at this time.

Understanding: Lord Holy Spirit, help me to understand your will for me at this trying time. Do not let my present situation cloud my judgment. Even in this crisis, help me to still be at the center of Your purpose for my life in Jesus name.

Strength: Holy Spirit, supply me with strength to survive my difficult times. Let me not be weary and help me not to give up. Do not let me yield to the plans of the enemy. Do not let the pressure of trials overwhelm me in Jesus name.
